(Ⅰ)Lease
A. Non-profit exhibition: RMB8,000 /day for one floor and RMB15,000 /day for two floors
B. Commercial activities: RMB30,000 /day for one floor and RMB50,000 /day for two floors
C. Multi-Function Hall: RMB8,000/day
(price above includes basic water and electricity fee, but another RMB2,000 /day for air-conditioning)
(Ⅱ)Film Casting: RMB30,000 /half a day, RMB50,000/day
(Ⅲ)Preferential Policy
A. Those activities with agreement letter issued by the department of regional "four sets of team" and governing organization (District Bureau of Culture and Sports) can be free of the site usage fees, basic utilities and air-conditioning usage fees;
B. Other activities with application letter issued by commission bureau enjoys a price half of the lease and free from basic water and electricity and air conditioning usage charges;
C. Those with letter by the co-construction teams (subject to those with issued bronze medals) are free from charge for site use, basic water and electricity charges and air conditioning use
D. Celebrities who have made outstanding contributions in the field of arts and culture inclined to hold personal non-profit activities are free from charges for site usage, basic utilities and air-conditioning.
